Support Downtown On the Go’s efforts to promote walking in downtown Tacoma by purchasing one of the newly designed Walk Tacoma t-shirts and by participating in the Walk Tacoma series in April, June, and August. The shirts will be for sale for $10 at the DOTG booth at the Tacoma Farmer’s Market and at the upcoming Walk Tacoma events.
The next walk, South Waterfront to Tacoma Dome, is right around the corner. It will be held on Wednesday, June 6 from 5:15 – 6:15pm, with the History Walk led by David Schroedel, Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce and the Power Walk led by Tani Loomis, Tacoma Center YMCA. Meet at the base of the UWT stairs. No need to RSVP, just join us for a great event.
