Park(ing) Day is an annual global event where citizens, artists and activists collaborate to temporarily transform metered parking spaces into “park(ing)” spaces: temporary public places. Tacoma’s Park(ing) Day is a joint effort between Downtown On the Go and Transportation Choices Coalition.
